Office of the Director-General

Overall leadership and strategic direction of the Agency.

Portfolio Management Department (Front Office)

Mobilises funding for the State Government and liaises with creditors, negotiating loan and subsidiary agreements on behalf of the State.

Policy, Strategy and Risk Management Department (Middle Office)

Conducts debt analysis and strategy formulation, and monitors the State's compliance with borrowing guidelines and financial risk exposure.

Debt Recording and Settlement Department (Back Office)

Manages information and data on the State's debt portfolio and processes debt service payments and settlements.

ICT and Management Information Systems Unit

Maintains the Agency's debt data systems and information infrastructure.

Finance and Administration Department

Manages the Agency's own budget, personnel and administration.

Legal Services Unit

Provides legal advice on loan agreements and other borrowing instruments.

Risk Management Unit

Manages financial risk and currency exposure across the debt portfolio.

Human Resources and Training Unit

Manages staff welfare, recruitment and capacity development.

Planning, Research and Statistics Unit

Coordinates debt data collection and prepares periodic debt reports.
